After completing the exchange request you will need to call ACS Courier to pick up the returned products. At consignee's expense (for the 1st change) within 20 days of the date you received them.

As soon as we receive the product for return, we send you the new one.
The package must be well packed, the product in perfect condition and the receipt included.
The return and shipping costs of the first change are not borne by the customer. From the second change, the customer is charged the amount of €4.90 (€2.00 shipping costs + €0.90 for the refund). In this case, the package is sent by ACS courier and the recipient is charged. Upon receipt of the new product, a fee of €4.90 will be charged. In case of a refund, the amount will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
Cyprus: The costs of returning the product as well as the shipping costs of the new product are borne entirely by the customer.
The refund is made within 8 days from the date of receipt of the returned product, in the same way as the original payment was made.
