General transaction terms

Purchase, pricing, and payment

You can order any product you wish by completing the relevant order form through our website. The price of each product will be the one displayed on our site, however errors may occur. If we notice a mistake in the price of the product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will assume that your order has been cancelled and we will fully refund the amount you have paid.

The prices on our website include VAT, but do not include product shipping costs.

Our business reserves the right to refuse to accept any order: (i) that has been placed by a customer with whom there is a pending dispute regarding the payment of a previous order, or (ii) does not comply with these general sales terms. In case we find that the order does not meet these sales terms (for example: placing an order with inaccurate delivery address, payment details, etc.), we will notify the customer either by phone or by e-mail. In case the customer does not communicate with our business to correct any inaccurate data or information given in his order, we retain the right to cancel the order.

Reservation of Ownership

Our business retains the ownership of the goods of your order until their full and complete payment, including taxes and expenses.

Delivery / Ownership / Risk

For every order placed through our online store, shipping within Greece is FREE.

For deliveries in Cyprus the shipping costs are € 9,90 per package.

For products whose availability is “ON ORDER” or “LIMITED AVAILABILITY”, and provided they can be ordered from our suppliers, the delivery time is set at approximately 7-14 working days (Monday to Friday).

The place of delivery is mentioned in the Order Confirmation.

Our business will inform by phone or email of any delays in your order. Our business bears no responsibility for packages lost due to sending to an incorrect address due to erroneous entry, by you, of your contact information.
